Formative

Formative is a tool that allows you to observe, interact, and assess students in a variety of ways. It allows for teachers to create personalized assignments, quizzes, exit tickets, and more. You can choose from a list of pre-designed formative activities to use. It allows you to interact with you students in real time and can give personalized feedback to each student. Activities can be personalized with images, videos, and audio. I would use this in my classroom as a way to spruce up activities and exit tickets. Rather than having students write something on paper as an exit ticket, this would be a great way to save paper, and have all my students answers in one spot that can be easily accessible. The ability to give feedback on these is also a really great feature. I would use this remotely as a way of bringing a bit of normalcy back into the school day. With remote learning activities such as exit tickets and other formative assignments can get lost.
